Acceptable Use Policy

There are many International Laws for the Internet, just like those of the offline community. All of these laws are upheld by governments and Law Enforcement Agencies. The following policy is there to protect us from any liability as well as to demonstrate what Itybity will and will NOT tolerate. We expect a high level of common sense and sound judgment from all people using our services, as there are many factors included in any activity here in the Cyber Environment. Engaging in any of the following activities will violate our Acceptable Use Policy. Any member or their affiliate found not following the Acceptable Use Policy forfeit their right to any services granted by Itybity as well as any payments they have made.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Gaining or attempting to gain unauthorized access to servers or services. Such attempts include "Internet scamming" (tricking other people into releasing their passwords), password robbery, security hole scanning, port scanning, probing, monitoring or testing for system or network vulnerabilities.
• Introducing viruses, Trojan horses, trap doors, back doors, Easter eggs, worms, time bombs, packet bombs, cancel bots or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information.

The presence of the following content on your web space violates our Acceptable Use Policy. Contents:

• Is illegal or is considered offensive by the web community.
• Promotes injury or physical harm against any group or individual.
• Discriminates against any religion, nationality or sex.
• Teaches or supports illegal activities.
• Promotes or contains adult material of any kind.
• Exploits, harms or depicts children in a negative way.
• Infringes on copyright, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property including pirated computer programs, cracker utilities, warez and software serial numbers or registration codes.
• Violates any law, statute, ordinance or regulation governing the Customer's business or activities, including without limitation the laws and regulations governing export control, unfair competition, false advertising, consumer protection, issuance or sale of securities, trade in firearms, privacy, data transfer and telecommunications.

Mail Server

Itybity will not tolerate any non-solicited commercial advertisements (spam) originating from our mail servers.
You may NOT:

• Alter or remove electronic mail headers
• Use email to harass or intimidate others. If you're requested to stop sending an individual email, you are expected to do so.

Finally, Itybity Hosting reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We also do not take responsibility in any data lost.

The Breaking of any of the regulations stated above will result in ONE warning to the infringing party. After one warning if no action is taken, Itybity Hosting will remove your account and deny you any further services or refund of any money paid for services. If deemed necessary Itybity Hosting will notify the relevant authorities of any breakage's of law.

Note: This policy is liable to be changed at any time without notification to any party‘s, we will make efforts to inform all active clients of changes however for members sake, we strongly advise checking of this policy often, so as to protect ones self from unknown changes.
