Returns & Refunds

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Itybity purchase. If you receive it and would prefer to exchange or return it, please contact us at support@itybity.com and we’ll do our best to make you a happy Itybity family member!

Returns

Returns are allowed within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.  We will allow returns or exchanges anytime within the first 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate your return: Please email us at support@itybity.com with the reason for your return/request for refund along with the original order number and full name and email address of the person who purchased it. Send your item to the shipping address listed below.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged, and in some cases exchange one product for another of equal price.  If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at support@itybity.com with the reason for your exchange, and send your item to:

Make sure to include which item (of equal price), include style and color, you would like in exchange. Processing/shipping your transaction can typically take about a week from the time it is received, we will be in touch via email.

*If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
