PAYMENT
Payment for orders are required prior to shipping, by credit card or Paypal.
SHIPPING
Orders ship approximately 2-4 business days from order date. We strive to get orders out as fast as we can but many of our products are handmade. All orders ship via USPS. Please contact us if you would like to request special shipping terms, times, or if you have a UPS account number you would like us to use.US Domestic shipping included. International shipping cost varies based on destination with a minimum charge applicable.
REFUNDS
We ask all changes to your order be submitted by email to support@itybity.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Any returns to your order or cancellations not reported within 24 hours will be issued up to a 20% restocking fee for the items restocked. If a restocking fee is issued, it will be deducted from the adjusted order total. Returns or exchange requests must be sent to support@itybity.com. Once approved, the shipment must be postmarked at the sender’s cost within 5 days of obtaining approval from Itybity. All merchandise must be returned unopened and in its original and undamaged packaging. We will not accept returned products that have already been marked or labeled.
Itybity is a registered trademark of Babyjay LLC which owns brand rights on several e-Commerce platforms. Approved wholesale members may not list products on associated e-Commerce platforms unless approval in provided in writing.
